Q: How do I change the date/time on my phone system?                                                   
A: 
Follow the instructions below to change the time on your Comdial phone system.  All changes must be made from the Attendant's Station phone

Q: Why should my fire or intrusion alarms be monitored?
A: For complete protection of your employees, possessions and data, all systems must be monitored in order for the appropriate response agency to be notified. You can't be at your place of business 24-hours a day. Our monitoring center is watching over your business when you can't be.

Q: Will the monitoring center receive an alarm signal if the alarm is not armed?
A: No, it will not. Thorough training of your employees will be necessary to insure that when they exit the premises, your system is armed to fully protect your business.

Q: What happens to my security monitoring if the phones are dead or the lines are tampered with?
A: Typically if your phone lines are dead due to inclement weather or tampering, the alarm signal will not reach the monitoring center. We do offer an alternative communication option. Our A+ AlarmNet radio/cell backup system is offered as a reliable secondary source if you feel that this might be an issue for your business.
